We are looking down the road to a time where no one else is looking--the time of the Great Tribulation, and we are planning to add saints and provide aid to saints during this time. Check out our idea and join us in this extraordinary effort.

We Have a Mission with 5 Objectives
In the Book of Revelation, John records his vision as revealed to him by God (Revelation 1:1). At one point in the vision, he sees a particular group of saints:
"After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could count, from every nation and all the tribes, peoples, and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, and palm branches were in their hands; and they cried out with a loud voice, saying,
'Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb'” (Revelation 7:9-10).
As we read further, we discover, as John did, that this multitude is actually leading worship in heaven (Revelation 7:11-12). It's fairly amazing.
John has a conversation with one of the elders standing nearby and learns that the people in this great multitude "are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb" (Revelation 7:14).
When we read this passage, and we see that this "great multitude" of people came out of the Great Tribulation, we ask ourselves this radical question: "Is there anything that we can do to help add souls to this great multitude that comes out of the great tribulation?"
Further, when we read in Revelation 13 that the coming antichrist beast will "make war with the saints and ... overcome them" (Revelation 13:7; see also Revelation 6:9-11; 13:10; and 20:4), and we also read about the devastation that is prophesied to happen to the earth (Revelation 6, 8-9, 11, 16), we ask ourselves another radical question: "Is there anything that we can do now to help these future saints of the great tribulation?"
In all honesty, we are not sure that we can confidently answer "yes" to either of these questions, but we have determined that we will at least try to add and aid saints during the coming period of the Great Tribulation. In this regard we have developed the following 5 objectives for Messiah Fund:
1. Warn People Now about the Coming Period of Great Tribulation.
The Second Coming of Jesus
We think that it is important to note, first, that Jesus Christ is coming back. This singular fact will become very important to saints during the time of the great tribulation. It will become a source of hope to them and provide them an assurance that justice is coming.
Jesus, Himself, told us that He would be returning when He discussed Last Days events with His disciples:
But immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. And then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky with power and great glory. (Matthew 24:29-30)
In addition, John, the author of the book of Revelation writes this amazing prophecy about His arrival in the Last Days:
And I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse, and He who sat on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and wages war. His eyes are a flame of fire, and on His head are many crowns; and He has a name written on Him which no one knows except Himself. He is clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. And the armies which are in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, were following Him on white horses. From His mouth comes a sharp sword, so that with it He may strike down the nations, and He will rule them with a rod of iron; and He treads the wine press of the fierce wrath of God, the Almighty. And on His robe and on His thigh He has a name written: “KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.” (Revelation 19:11-16)
Thus, Jesus is returning. His Second Coming will not be like his first arrival as a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger in a stable in Bethlehem (Luke 2). This time the whole world will see and know without question that Jesus has arrived and that He is the indisputable King of Kings and sovereign ruler of the earth.
The Great Tribulation
Jesus warned us, however, that before He returns the world will experience a period of Great Tribulation. Regarding that period of time Jesus said, “[f]or then there will be a great tribulation, such as has not occurred since the beginning of the world until now, nor ever will again” (Matthew 24:21). The Bible addresses the devastation of the Great Tribulation period in a variety of passages, principally including Isaiah 24:1-13 & 19-20 and later detailed in Revelation 6, 8, 9, 11 & 16. It will be an extremely traumatic time for all humanity on the earth and for the earth itself. A substantial portion of humanity will not survive. As we detail in our post about The Great Tribulation and the Day of the Lord, the time of the Great Tribulation will be particularly horrible for saints who live during that time, because not only will they suffer like everyone else from the judgments of God that are poured out on the earth, but they are also prophesied to be persecuted by the antichrist "beast" (see Revelation 6:9-11; 13:10; and 20:4).
In view of the wrath experienced by the earth and humanity during the promised time of the Great Tribulation, it is important for all of humanity to place their faith and trust in Jesus Christ now. According to Scripture, by believing in Jesus Christ, and what He has done, people can be forgiven of their sins and inherit eternal life with God; this is salvation, and we receive it by grace through faith (Ephesians 2:8-9). In this regard, Jesus said that “God loved the world in this way: He gave His One and Only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world that He might judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him. Anyone who believes in Him is not judged, but anyone who does not believe is already judged, because he has not believed in the name of the One and Only Son of God” (John 3:16-18). It is also written that “if you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. With the heart one believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth one confesses, resulting in salvation” (Romans 10:9-10).
In relation to Jesus Christ, the Bible states among many other things that Jesus (1) is God (John 1:1) and the one and only Son of God (John 3:16), (2) is the expression of God the Father to all of humanity, and called “the Word” (John 1:1-14), (3) became a man, having been born of the virgin, Mary (Luke 2:1-7), (4) is a lineal descendant of Israel’s King David (Matthew 1:1-16), (5) lived a sinless life (2 Corinthians 5:21), (6) died on a cross, shedding His blood as a sacrifice to atone for the sins of mankind (John 19), and (7) now sits at the right hand of the Father (Hebrews 1:1-4), waiting to return to the Earth in glory as the King of Kings at the time determined by the Father (Matthew 24, Revelation 19).
Accordingly, we encourage everyone to place their faith in the sacrificial death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and be saved.
The Rapture
Many Christians believe that prior to the time of the Great Tribulation, Jesus will gather the saints constituting the Church to Himself in an event that is commonly referred to as the Rapture. Thus, those persons who have placed their faith in Jesus Christ would thereby escape the wrath of God that is poured out on the earth during the time of the Great Tribulation.
Of course, some Christians question whether a Rapture event will occur, and other Christians believe that while a Rapture will occur, the event happens close to the end of the Great Tribulation. For those who are interested in investigating the issue, we have provided a post that includes analysis of a number of Scriptural supports for the idea that a Rapture event will occur prior to the time of the Great Tribulation.
In the end, it is clear that regardless of if/when the Rapture occurs, each person should place his or her faith in Jesus Christ now, and everyone should be warned that a time of Great Tribulation is coming.
Fellow Christians can help us with this objective by talking about the content of our post about The Great Tribulation and the Day of the Lord in their Bible studies and on social media. You may even wish to address our post regarding Scriptural supports for the idea that a Rapture event will occur prior to the time of the Great Tribulation. Christians' awareness of the magnitude of the Great Tribulation and the likelihood of the Rapture should prompt them to discuss these matters with their family and friends--which information will provide a basis of understanding for the unsaved in the event the Rapture and the Great Tribulation unfold.
2. Prepare and Publish Information to Help People Living During the Great Tribulation to Understand the Gospel As It Applies During that Time.
Many Christians do not realize that the Gospel changes during the time of the Great Tribulation, and the changes have eternal consequences. We believe that it is critically important for persons living during the time of the Great Tribulation to understand the requirements for salvation. Learn more by reading our post about the Gospel of the Great Tribulation and our post that provides a Letter to the Saints of the Time of the Great Tribulation. We are using these posts as a means to accomplish this objective of our mission. In this regard, you can see we are preparing the letter in many languages in particular consideration of the fact that the "great multitude" that John sees in Revelation 7 includes people "from every nation and all the tribes, peoples, and languages" (Revelation 7:9).
We believe that this is the most important objective of our mission, because the impact has eternal consequences. Fellow Christians can help us with this mission by talking about the above-referenced posts in their Bible studies and on social media. We even recommend printing a copy of our Letter to the Saints of the Time of the Great Tribulation and placing the letter in a Bible and placing the Bible in a prominent place in the home, recognizing that, in the event of the Rapture, those who are left behind will be searching for answers, and some will be seeking direction. The letter can help them get that information and perhaps help them secure salvation during the time of the Great Tribulation.
3. Prepare and Publish Information Advising Saints Regarding What They Should Do to Try to Survive During the Great Tribulation.
We want to provide some recommendations that are practical as well as recommendations from Scripture regarding what saints can do in an effort to try to survive the Great Tribulation. Our post that provides a Letter to Saints of the Great Tribulation contains some information from Scripture. In the future, we plan to provide additional practical suggestions. Our guidance is simply in accord with helping people, as Jesus said, "to endure to the end" (Matthew 24:13). We recognize that the impact of the Great Tribulation on the earth and humanity will be severe and devastating and that survival will be difficult, but if we are able to provide saints with any guidance at all during that time--to extend their lives even for a while, we believe that they would be grateful.
Fellow Christians can help us with this mission by providing us with ideas regarding survival during the time of the Great Tribulation.
4. Endeavor to Cause Messiah Fund to survive the Rapture and the Great Tribulation Long Enough to Have an Impact During the Great Tribulation.
If Messiah Fund can survive the Rapture and the Great Tribulation, we believe that it can, at a minimum, distribute information that will provide guidance regarding the Gospel and escaping the reach of the antichrist beast. While we believe that the antichrist government at the time of the Great Tribulation will take action to terminate all Christian organizations, websites, Bibles, etc., we plan to have an impact at the start of the Great Tribulation before the antichrist government has an opportunity to act. In essence, we want to try to be like Oskar Schindler--doing what we can to save as many as possible from the beast of the Great Tribulation.
There are, of course, no guarantees that any organization will survive the Rapture or the Great Tribulation. However, unlike all other organizations, we have at least taken definitive action to plan for the possibility of the Rapture and the Great Tribulation. If we succeed, we believe that we will have a marked impact on the Kingdom of the Messiah by adding saints and aiding saints.
In this regard, we note first that, if the Rapture occurs, then according to Messiah Fund's charter, pre-appointed, unsaved but responsible persons who have been named as "Delegates" will exercise 1 responsibility: to name new "Members" promptly upon determining that the Members are not accounted for (which is the anticipated consequence of the Rapture). In other words, if the current Members suddenly disappear, collectively in a Rapture like event, the Delegates are charged with appointing new Members. The new Members thereupon appoint Directors, and the Members and Directors are required by the charter to be honorable people who subscribe to a personal testimony of faith in Jesus Christ as written in the charter. The Directors will thereupon carry out the mission of the Messiah Fund.
For our Delegates, we have appointed honorable individuals, principally licensed attorneys who have a professional and ethical obligation to fulfill their duty to carry out this responsibility. While the attorneys do not believe in the saving work of Jesus, they recognize their professional responsibility to act in the best interests of the Messiah Fund--regardless of the fact that its religious views may differ from their own and regardless of the circumstances.
Second, our charter is specifically designed to advance the Kingdom of the Messiah. The charter specifically indicates as follows:
Messiah Fund is organized for the purpose of advancing the Kingdom of God by (a) spreading the Gospel, which is the good news of God’s granting of forgiveness of sins and eternal life through Jesus Christ to all those who believe in His name, (b) providing humanitarian relief, particularly to those who are suffering because of their expressed faith in Jesus Christ, and particularly during the time described by Jesus as the “great tribulation,” and (c) such other means as the Directors may, from time to time, deem appropriate.
Our Charter further indicates that the organization is to be guided by Scriptural Considerations adopted by the Incorporator. These Scriptural Considerations discuss the Rapture and the Great Tribulation and how Christians will be persecuted and the Gospel modified during that time--provisions that will enable the Members and Directors at that time to adjust the message and ministry of Messiah Fund at that time. A copy of our Scriptural Considerations is available on our "About Us" page.
Third, our charter expressly provides that Jesus Himself is to be named as the primary Member, Director and Officer of Messiah Fund upon His glorious arrival as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
Thus, you can see that our objective is to survive the Rapture and use all of the assets given to Messiah Fund for the purpose of getting more saints for the Messiah's Kingdom, protecting and caring for saints, particularly those who are suffering because of their faith in Jesus Christ, and, should anything be left by the time of the end of the Great Tribulation--it will be assigned to the Messiah Himself upon His return. We believe that such will be deemed by the Messiah as good stewardship.
5. Endeavor to Gather Funds in the Event of the Rapture and Arrange to Use Those Funds to Spread the Gospel and Aid Saints During the Great Tribulation.
We thought about the Rapture and the debates among Christians about its likelihood and timing, and we came to this conclusion: regardless of whether it will happen and when it could happen, we should prepare for the possibility that it will happen prior to the Great Tribulation. We also considered that if the Rapture will indeed happen, we should help Christians exercise stewardship in the event of the Rapture for the benefit of those living during the time of the Great Tribulation.
Chaos As a Consequence of the Rapture
One thing is certain: If the Rapture happens, the sudden departure of all of the then living saints in the earth at that time will create chaos. Supposing, for example, that hundreds of millions of people just disappeared, what would happen to the surviving family members of the departed? Consider in the initial moments following the global departure of hundreds of millions of Christians the consequences of the aircraft that were being flown by those Christians, cars that were being driven by those Christians, ships that were being navigated by those Christians, machines that were being operated by those Christians, meetings that were being conducted by those Christians, businesses that were being run by those Christians, news that was being broadcasted by those Christians, classes that were being taught and attended by those Christians, etc. Consider, too, what would happen to the stock market, the housing market and the supply chains. Essentially, the world would be in shock at the loss of so many people. Everyone will be wondering exactly how so many people suddenly disappeared. Numerous theories would immediately flood the news and social media--where blame for the mass disappearance is assigned to aliens, one or more governments, one or more nations, one or more religious groups, CERN, etc., and many others will declare that the departed never really existed, the world is ending, or it's the beginning of a mass extinction event. Great fear will grip the world.
The Bible indicates that at this time a single world leader--the antichrist "beast"--will arise. The antichrist will no doubt offer the world acceptable answers to the questions. The antichrist "beast" is literally evil incarnate, and he will drop quite suddenly into the world scene and essentially assume leadership of a newly formed world government. Indeed, the Rapture would constitute a world-unifying event inasmuch as all nations would have experienced the loss of a substantial number of people, and great panic will envelop the world. The antichrist will seek to restore calm to the world and to markets, offering a new economic plan for the continuing survival of the survivors of the extinction event.
A Plan to Help Pre-Tribulation Saints Help Tribulation Saints in the Event of the Rapture
Recognizing that a period of Great Tribulation is coming and that a Rapture event is likely to occur prior to the Great Tribulation, we have designed ways for the saints of today, pre-Rapture, to give assets to the Messiah Fund--ONLY IN THE EVENT THE RAPTURE OCCURS. In this way, Messiah Fund could be heavily funded as a consequence of the Rapture, and the funds used specifically for the purposes for which Messiah Fund has been designed. Of course, people could contribute now, prior to the Rapture, but we believe that there are many effective ministries currently in place to spread the Gospel and help saints now. Our mission is to act principally during the time of the Great Tribulation, gathering substantial funds to support the mission of Messiah Fund only if the Rapture occurs.
We know that it's tempting to take no action, and just allow our assets to remain as part of the post-Rapture chaos, but being a good steward requires action. Indeed, in the parable of the talents, presented in Matthew 25:14-30 (notably after Matthew 24, wherein Jesus spoke of end time events), the servant who simply buried his talent was chastised by the Master, while the servant who invested his talents was rewarded. We believe that, consistent with the Parable of the Talents, we make the best use of what God has given to us if we prepare for the Rapture--even from a legal perspective. In this regard, we have developed legal documents that enable giving to the Messiah Fund--ONLY IN THE EVENT A RAPTURE OCCURS, including--
A. Rapture Terms for Your Will. The Rapture Terms that we have prepared indicate that, ONLY IN THE EVENT A RAPTURE OCCURS, all or a significant portion of your estate is to be given to the Messiah Fund. Similarly, if you have a living trust, we have Rapture Terms for Your Living Trust.
B. Rapture Terms for Your Christian Organization's Charter. If a Rapture occurs, most organizations will flounder, because the Christians who operate such organizations will be gone, and no plan of succession is in place. These terms provide a succession plan by directing your Christian organization's assets to Messiah Fund ONLY IN THE EVENT A RAPTURE OCCURS. The document is a proposed amendment for your organization's charter (or articles of incorporation, as applicable). The proposed amendment is accompanied by draft Minutes of a Meeting wherein your organization's appropriate officials adopt the amendment. The amendment provides that, in the event of the Rapture, your organization's net assets are to be distributed to Messiah Fund.
We accordingly commit the Messiah Fund to Him and seek His blessing and direction for accomplishing His purposes.
Please join us in our effort.
