We've made it easy for you to amend your organization's charter to assure that, only in the event of the Rapture, your organization's assets will help to add saints and provide relief to saints during the time of the Great Tribulation.
We hope that you have reviewed the content on our website and that you desire to join us in our mission to add saints and provide relief to saints during the time of the Great Tribulation by using our assets that would otherwise be "left behind" in the event of the Rapture.
These terms will apply only in the event of the Rapture. If the Rapture never occurs in your lifetime, these Rapture Terms will never go into effect.
We have prepared a draft consent to allow your organization to proceed to file articles of amendment of its charter (or articles of incorporation or organization, as applicable). The amendment will declare that only in the event of the Rapture the organization's net assets will be distributed to Messiah Fund. Messiah Fund will then use those assets to promote its chartered purposes of seeking to add saints and provide relief to saints during the time of the Great Tribulation.
Just follow the instructions to correctly sign the document. Please be sure to send us a copy of your fully completed, signed and filed amendment, and we will retain a copy for Messiah Fund to have evidence of its rights as recipient in the event of the Rapture.
